ROOM AND OUTDOOR SPACES TEMPORARY RENTAL:
At CSIS Jardin, we TEMPORARY RENT our independent ground floor space with direct access to the large garden (with swimingpool and solarium area) and independent door access to the street. It is composed by a nice and functional furnitured large room ideal for group gatherings, with a lot of natural light, and a contiguous office with 2 stretchers. There is also a full equiped kitchen that can be used, a big bathroom and it has its own independent heating.
Other teachers and therapists can temporary rent that space, meanwhile dates are compatible with Marta Povo’s courses and retreats there. It is recommended and very comfortable for groups of no more than 15 people. The room admits 20 people maximum (armchairs only, not yoga matts or stretchers). In the garden you can perform many health activities and outdoor courses, including at the swimingpool area and the tilia solarium.
Rate for CSIS ROOM TEMPORARY RENTAL for external groups: 120 € / a day
It is also possible an agreement on a percentage of the revenue from your activity, according to previous agreement with Marta Povo.
It is only rented the ground floor (not the entire house, or the large kitchen on the upper floor). The tenant is the person responsive for this external group and for the group meals. There is a simple stove and a place to cook in the ground floor’s kitchen and there is also a restaurant 500 meters from the house, closed only on Mondays. If eventually some students from that external group would like to lodge at CSIS Jardin it is also possible, with a maximum of 10 people, previous agreement with Marta, therefore that only sleeping accomodation costs 20 € / per night / a person.
